For a first game and with updates on the way, it's a good concept. The music (for me at least) isn't repetitive. I can see how this is challenging; The jumping is very annoying. The textures are solid. I did encounter some visual glitches with the dirt as well as the collision of the terrain.
As any first or third person game, a mouse sensitivity setting would be very helpful. An option to adjust the music or at least turn it off/on would be also pretty useful.
I couldn't get to the finish line but I'll reply to this when I do as well as any other bugs I found or features to add.

Version 1.1.0 Review

I'm very happy that you fixed the jumping and added a sound toggle.

But that's it. There isn't anything new. There's a lot that can be improved on; adding a mouse sensitivity slider, fixing the menu UI, adding a way to reset the level in case you fell on the other side of the map and have to run back, more variation in terrain, a pause menu of some sort, and so on.

Overall, this version made it possible for me to finish it:
